TORONTO — Mike Gartner is about to succeed Lanny McDonald because the Hockey Corridor of Fame’s chairman of the board.
McDonald introduced Monday that Gartner will take over when his 10-year time period expires in June. Gartner will turn into chair-elect on Oct. 1 to help the transition and serve on the search committee for a brand new president and CEO to fill the void when longtime government Jeff Denomme plans to retire within the spring.
