Cameroon’s soccer federation expressed its “nice astonishment” after studying that the sports activities ministry had employed Marc Brys as the brand new coach of the nation’s nationwide crew.

It stated the choice was made “unilaterally” and expressed its “nice astonishment at this act which is opposite to the phrases of Decree No. 2014/384 of September 26, 2014 referring to the group and operation of nationwide soccer groups.”
FIFA prohibits all types of authorities involvement in soccer on a nationwide foundation. ESPN has reached out to FIFA for remark.
The federation stated it was attempting “to make clear this regrettable scenario.”
Tune led the Indomitable Lions to the spherical of 16 on the Africa Cup of Nations.
