It feels good to be again within the Prime 5. Gonzaga has moved up two spots to #4 within the first common season version of the Related Press Prime 25 ballot. The Zags acquired a complete of 1,371 votes, together with 3 first place votes. Solely #3 UConn, #2 Alabama and #1 Kansas are forward of Mark Few’s program.
As for who the Zags beat this previous week, Baylor dropped 4 spots to #12 and Arizona State acquired a complete of two votes. Gonzaga solely has one matchup this week on Friday at 6 PM PT on ESPN+ as they get able to host UMass Lowell out of the American East Convention.
The Zags have future video games scheduled in opposition to #3 UConn and #19 Kentucky with the potential for enjoying #16 Indiana and/or #9 Arizona within the Battle 4 Atlantis. Saint Mary’s didn’t obtain any votes on this model of the AP Ballot.
