A difficult weekend for McLaren racer Oscar Piastri on the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix has left the Australian scratching his head over the place his tempo went on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

A pair of errors within the remaining phase of qualifying noticed Piastri begin a season-worst P9.
