The New York Jets made headlines after they introduced they fired former head coach Robert Saleh.
Saleh’s dismissal appeared to be inevitable after the staff began the season 2-3, with their most up-to-date loss in opposition to the Minnesota Vikings serving because the final straw for Woody Johnson.
The proprietor apparently had grown uninterested in seeing his staff underperform and made the choice to half methods with Saleh, who compiled a dropping report as Jets head coach.
With Saleh now not on the helm, the group named Jeff Ulbrich as its new head coach.
The defensive coordinator was a logical alternative, given his expertise and relationship with the gamers within the locker room, and he has already acquired reward for his management and angle.
Requested about how the gamers have processed the change, the previous NFL linebacker expressed gratitude for his or her strategy.
“I’ve been on this state of affairs two instances as a participant, one time as a coach, and I’ve seen it go rather well and I’ve seen it not go very properly,” Ulbrich mentioned, through Jets Movies. “That’s why I’m simply so grateful for this locker room, the character on this locker room, as a result of they very simply may have gone sideways. … They’ve been completely unbelievable.”

The Jets wanted to make some type of change to show round their season, and it seems like Ulbrich is taking his new accountability in stride.
There’s a whole lot of strain for New York to compete for a playoff spot given what’s been invested within the roster, so Ulbrich could have his arms full making an attempt to stay as much as these expectations.
Week 6 will say rather a lot about Ulbrich, because the Jets will tackle a Buffalo Payments staff seeking to get again on monitor and stay on the prime of the AFC East standings.
