The Columbus Blue Jackets traded Patrik Laine and a 2026 second-round choose to the Montreal Canadiens on Monday in alternate for defenseman Jordan Harris. No wage was retained by the Blue Jackets within the transaction as Montreal took on the entire remaining two years of Laine’s contract.
