DENVER — The Baltimore Orioles reinstated right-hander Zach Eflin from the 15-day injured listing on Sunday. Eflin, who had been sidelined due to sidelined by shoulder irritation, proceeded to strike out 9 in seven glowing innings, serving to the Orioles beat the Colorado Rockies 6-1.
