Penn State’s soccer program held its annual spring sport over the weekend.
On Monday, one of many workforce’s high gamers has determined to switch out of this system.
Penn State main vast receiver Keandre Lambert-Smith has entered the NCAA’s switch portal. He led the workforce with 53 catches for 673 yards final season.
“Penn State vast receiver Keandre Lambert-Smith simply entered the switch portal. He led the workforce in receptions (53) and receiving yards (673) final season,” ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg reported on Monday afternoon.
Lambert-Smith was not current for the workforce’s spring sport over the weekend. Head coach James Franklin declined to touch upon his vast receiver when requested by reporters about his standing.
“I am actually completely satisfied to speak about any of the fellows that performed within the sport in the present day and are within the locker room,” Franklin stated. “Apart from that I haven’t got an entire lot.”
Maybe Franklin knew what was approaching Monday afternoon. Lambert-Smith has formally entered the switch portal and might be transferring on along with his school soccer profession.
A number of main packages are anticipated to indicate curiosity in Penn State’s main vast receiver from the 2023 season.
