The New York Jets have fired normal supervisor Joe Douglas, sources instructed ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Tuesday.
Douglas’ firing comes weeks after the Jets fired coach Robert Saleh after a 2-3 begin.
The Jets have since gone 1-5 below interim coach Jeff Ulbrich.
Douglas was in his sixth season because the Jets’ normal supervisor. His contract was set to run out fter this season.
